At BETSIES, we know your pets are family. This Shipping Policy explains how we pack, ship and deliver your orders so you know what to expect when you shop with us online.
Rates and Arrival Times
• We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Shipping rates for other orders are shown at checkout and vary by location and size.
• Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. These are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or holidays.
• Once your order ships, you may receive a tracking number (when available) so you can follow your package.
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
